基于新课标视角:小篮球教学对小学生体育素养培育的实验探究
An Experimental Study on the Cultivation of Primary School Students’ Physical Literacy through Mini-Basketball Teaching: A Perspective Based on the New Curriculum Standards
摘要: 本研究基于新课标视角,探究小篮球教学对小学生体育素养的影响。通过文献资料法梳理相关理论与研究现状,运用问卷调查法、实验法和数理统计法,以东疆小外五年级学生为对象,分实验组(小篮球教学)和对照组(常规体育教学)开展实验。结果表明,小篮球教学显著提升小学生运动能力,全面锻炼速度、耐力等身体素质,增强运动认知与技战术应用能力;促进健康行为养成,提高健康知识掌握与应用、情绪调控和环境适应能力;有效培养体育品德,在体育精神、道德和品格方面均有显著提升。研究建议优化教学实践、加强师资培训和开发课程资源,未来研究可扩大样本、延长周期、完善评价指标体系并探索多方面融合影响。
Abstract: From the perspective of the New Curriculum Standard, this study explores the impact of mini-basketball teaching on primary school students’ physical literacy. Relevant theories and research status were sorted out through the literature review method. Taking the fifth-grade students of Dongjiang Foreign Language School Affiliated to Tianjin Foreign Studies University as the research subjects, an experiment was conducted by adopting the questionnaire survey method, experimental method and mathematical statistics method, in which the subjects were divided into an experimental group (applying mini-basketball teaching) and a control group (adopting regular physical education teaching). The results show that mini-basketball teaching can significantly improve primary school students’ motor ability, comprehensively exercise their physical fitness such as speed and endurance, and enhance their sports cognitive ability as well as the application ability of sports techniques and tactics; it can promote the development of healthy behaviors, improve students’ mastery and application of health knowledge, and their abilities of emotional regulation and environmental adaptation; it can also effectively cultivate students’ sports morality, with remarkable improvements in their sports spirit, sports ethics and sports character. This study suggests optimizing teaching practice, strengthening teacher training and developing curriculum resources. For future research, it is proposed to expand the sample size, extend the research cycle, improve the evaluation index system and explore the integrated influence from multiple dimensions.
