林地可持续利用与生态修复一体化建设研究
Study on the Integrated Construction of Sustainable Forest Land Use and Ecological Restoration
摘要: 林地是陆地生态系统中不可缺少的部分,林地可持续利用和生态修复一体化建设对维持生态安全、推进绿色发展起着十分重要的作用。目前我国林地资源存在着过度开发、生态功能退化等问题,生态修复技术应用程度不高,管理机制协同性不强。本文以PSR分析框架为基础,采用文献研究法、案例分析法、比较分析法相结合的方式,建立一个包括驱动因素、实施路径、保障机制、绩效评价在内的PSR分析框架,并以永善县林地管理为例,用2015年至今的纵向跟踪和横向比较方法对政策和技术干预的效果进行量化评估。
Abstract: Forest land is an indispensable component of terrestrial ecosystems. The integrated construction of sustainable forest land use and ecological restoration plays a crucial role in maintaining ecological security and promoting green development. Currently, China’s forest land resources face challenges, such as overexploitation and degradation of ecological functions, with limited application of ecological restoration technologies and insufficient synergy in management mechanisms. Based on the PSR (Pressure-State-Response) analytical framework, this study adopts a combination of literature review, case analysis, and comparative analysis to establish a framework encompassing driving factors, implementation pathways, safeguard mechanisms, and performance evaluation. Taking forest land management in Yongshan County as an example, the study employs longitudinal tracking and horizontal comparison methods since 2015 to quantitatively assess the effects of policy and technological interventions.
