Application Progress of Nasal High-Flow Oxygen Therapy in Clinical Anesthesia
摘要: HFNC作为一种新型呼吸支持技术,因其独特的生理学优势,正从重症监护领域扩展至临床麻醉的围术期管理,为优化患者呼吸支持策略提供了新选择。本文系统综述了HFNC在麻醉诱导、维持、苏醒及术后恢复等关键环节的应用现状,重点探讨了其在困难气道预氧合、无插管麻醉、术后低氧血症防治以及加速康复外科策略中的作用机制与临床证据。通过整合最新的随机对照试验和荟萃分析结果,旨在为麻醉医师优化围术期呼吸管理、提升患者安全提供循证依据和理论指导,并展望其未来研究方向。
Abstract: As a new type of respiratory support technology, high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC) is expanding from the field of intensive care to the perioperative management of clinical anesthesia due to its unique physiological advantages, providing a new option for optimizing patients’ respiratory support strategies. This article systematically reviews the current application status of HFNC in key links such as anesthesia induction, maintenance, emergence, and postoperative recovery, focusing on its mechanism of action and clinical evidence in difficult airway preoxygenation, non-intubated anesthesia, prevention and treatment of postoperative hypoxemia, and enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) strategies. By integrating the results of the latest randomized controlled trials and meta-analyses, this review aims to provide evidence-based basis and theoretical guidance for anesthesiologists to optimize perioperative respiratory management and improve patient safety, and looks forward to its future research directions.
