囊肿型痤疮合并皮肤垢着病1例

A Case of Cystic Acne Complicated with Cutaneous Dirt-Adherent Disease

摘要: 报告1例囊肿型痤疮合并皮肤垢着病。患者女，32岁，面部炎性丘疹、脓疱，囊肿及厚痂附着、疼痛1月就诊。皮肤科检查：额、颞部散在炎性丘疹、脓疱，双侧面颊下段至颌部黑色厚痂附着，连成片状，表面凹凸不平，垢着约0.5 cm厚。诊断为：1) 囊肿型痤疮；2) 皮肤垢着病。予中医药辨证治疗，内服配合外洗、湿敷，治疗2月后皮损基本消退，随访2月未复发。

Abstract: A 32-year-old female with inflammatory papules, pustules, cysts, and thick scabs attached to her face. She has been experiencing pain for one month and sought medical attention. Dermatological examination: There are scattered inflammatory papules and pustules on the forehead and temporal area, and large black, thick scabs are attached from the lower part of the cheeks to the jaw on both sides, forming a patchy shape with uneven surface, about 0.5 cm thick. Diagnosis: 1) Cystic acne; 2) Cutaneous dirt-adherent disease. Traditional Chinese medicine was given for dialectical treatment, with oral administration combined with external washing and wet compress. After 2 months of treatment, the skin lesions basically disappeared. A follow-up for 2 months showed no recurrence.
