子宫绒毛叶状分割性平滑肌瘤并静脉内平滑 肌瘤病1例
Cotyledonoid Dissecting Leiomyoma of the Uterus Complicated with Intravenous Leiomyomatosis: A Case Report
摘要: 子宫绒毛叶状分割性平滑肌瘤(cotyledonoid dissecting leiomyoma, CDL)又被称为“Sternberg肿瘤”，是一种罕见的子宫平滑肌瘤亚型，当同时具有静脉内平滑肌瘤病的特征时称之为子宫绒毛叶状分割性平滑肌瘤并静脉内平滑肌瘤病(cotyedonoid hydropic intraenous leiomyomatosis, CHIL)。截至目前为止，国内外文献报道仅20余例。本研究选取了我院2025年诊断的1例CHIL患者，结合国内外相关资料，对临床诊断及治疗进行经验总结。
Abstract: Cotyledonoid dissecting leiomyomaa (CDL) is a rare subtype of uterine leiomyoma. When CDL involves blood vessels and exhibits features of intravenous leiomyomatosis, it is referred to as cotyledonoid hydropic intravenous leiomyomatosis (CHIL). To date, over 20 cases have been documented in the medical literature. This study presents a case of CHIL diagnosed at our hospital in 2025 and synthesizes clinical diagnosis and treatment experiences by integrating findings from existing literature.
