跨境电商发展痛点与突破路径——以中小商家为例

摘要: 在跨境电商行业规模持续扩张、中小商家成为行业主体的背景下,为破解中小商家发展困境、为其突破瓶颈、提升核心竞争力提供实践指引,本研究结合文献研究法、案例分析法与数据分析法,梳理跨境电商行业发展现状,结合中小商家实操案例剖析其发展痛点并借鉴行业成功经验提炼突破路径,研究发现,中小商家在跨境电商发展中面临流量获取成本高且转化难、现金流周转不畅、合规风险突出、供应链与物流体系不完善等核心问题,导致多数中小商家存活周期短、盈利水平偏低,据此可知,中小商家需立足自身优势,通过聚焦细分品类、运用数字化工具降低流量成本,优化现金流管理与供应链布局,强化合规意识与能力,借助政策扶持与第三方服务突破发展瓶颈,同时顺应行业精细化运营趋势,实现从“粗放经营”向“品质运营”转型,才能在跨境电商市场中实现可持续发展。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the continuous expansion of the cross-border e-commerce industry scale and small and medium-sized enterprises becoming the mainstay of the industry, to solve the development difficulties of SMEs and provide practical guidance for them to break through bottlenecks and enhance core competitiveness, this study combines literature research, case analysis and data analysis methods to sort out the current development situation of the cross-border e-commerce industry, analyze the development pain points of SMEs based on their practical cases and extract breakthrough paths by learning from successful industry experiences. The research finds that SMEs face core problems such as high cost of traffic acquisition and difficult conversion, poor cash flow turnover, prominent compliance risks, and imperfect supply chain and logistics systems in the development of cross-border e-commerce, leading to a short survival cycle and low profitability for most SMEs. Based on this, SMEs need to base themselves on their own advantages, reduce traffic costs by focusing on segmented categories and using digital tools, optimize cash flow management and supply chain layout, strengthen compliance awareness and capabilities, break through development bottlenecks with the help of policy support and third-party services, and adapt to the trend of refined operation in the industry to transform from “extensive operation” to “quality operation” so as to achieve sustainable development in the cross-border e-commerce market.
