黄炎培职教思想下“三链融合”深化汽车工匠培养路径研究

Research on Deepening the Cultivation Path of Automotive Craftsmen through the “Three-Chain Integration” under Huang Yanpei’s Vocational Education Thought

摘要: 在我国从“制造大国”向“制造强国”转型的关键时期，汽车产业的“新四化”发展对高素质技术技能人才提出了迫切需求。然而，当前职业教育仍面临产教脱节、工匠精神培育不足等挑战。本文基于黄炎培职业教育思想，构建产业链、教育链、人才链“三链融合”的理论框架，探索汽车工匠培养的创新路径，为缓解当前汽车产业人才培养的现实难题提供了有效路径，在特定情境下验证了该模式的有效性，为其他同类院校提供了参考，为新时代职业教育改革和国家“制造强国”战略提供理论支撑与实践范例。

Abstract: During the critical period when China is transforming from a “manufacturing giant” to a “manufacturing power”, the “new four modernizations” development of the automotive industry has put forward an urgent demand for high-quality technical and skilled talents. However, current vocational education still faces challenges such as the disconnection between industry and education and the insufficient cultivation of the spirit of craftsmanship. Based on Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought, this paper constructs a theoretical framework of the integration of the industrial chain, the education chain, and the talent chain, explores innovative paths for the cultivation of automotive craftsmen, provides an effective solution to the current practical problems in the cultivation of automotive talents, verifies the effectiveness of this model in a specific context, offers a reference for other similar institutions, and provides theoretical support and practical examples for the reform of vocational education in the new era and the national “manufacturing power” strategy.
