数字时代有声阅读平台的适老化服务策略研究——以“喜马拉雅”为例

Research on the Aging Service Strategy of Audio Reading Platform in the Digital Age—Taking “Himalaya” as an Example

摘要: 在老龄化与数字化相互交织的时代背景之下，老年用户有声听书的使用增量持续增长，喜马拉雅作为我国最大的综合性有声阅读平台之一，在此背景下大力发展适老化服务，通过跨界合作推出适老化阅读终端，以“情感”为核心开展多维互动，借助技术工具助力知识生产，以满足老年群体的有声阅读需求和创作需求。基于此，本文从对接、互动、协作三重维度研究喜马拉雅的适老化服务策略，以期为我国有声阅读平台进一步完善阅读载体适老化水平、优化老年阅读资源结构、推出多样适老化阅读活动等提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract: Under the background of the interweaving of aging and digitalization, the use of audio-visual books by elderly users keeps increasing. Himalaya, as one of the largest comprehensive audio-visual reading platforms in China, vigorously develops aging-adaptive services, launches aging-adaptive reading terminals through cross-border cooperation, carries out multi-dimensional interaction with “emotion” as the core, and helps knowledge production with technical tools to meet the audio-visual reading and creative needs of the elderly. Based on this, this paper studies the Himalayan aging service strategy from the triple dimensions of docking, interaction and cooperation, with a view to providing reference for China’s audio reading platform to further improve the aging level of reading carriers, optimize the structure of reading resources for the elderly, and launch various aging reading activities.
