摘要: 自拟肺热平喘方是在百茅汤的基础上加减变化而来。百茅汤是李少川教授治疗百日咳的基础方，方中以百部、白茅根为主药，治以肃清降逆，化痰止咳。肺热平喘方在其基础上加强清热之效，减其降逆之力，用清热泻肺、降气止咳之法以治疗百日咳痉咳期痰火阻肺证患儿。
Abstract: The self-formulated Feire Pingchuan Decoction is modified from Baimao Decoction. Baimao Decoction is the basic prescription used by Professor Li Shaochuan for the treatment of pertussis. It mainly consists of Radix stemonae (Baibu) and Rhizoma Imperatae (Baimaogen), with the effects of clearing the lung, directing rebellious qi downward, resolving phlegm, and relieving cough. On this basis, Feire Pingchuan Decoction enhances the effect of clearing heat and reduces the action of directing rebellious qi downward. It is applied to treat children with pertussis at the spasmodic cough stage of phlegm-fire obstructing the lung syndrome, by means of clearing heat and purging the lung, directing qi downward, and relieving cough.
