新时期大学生职业规划的探究

Exploration of College Students’ Career Planning

摘要: 当代大学生就业难的现状，与其缺乏正确适当的职业规划指导有很大关系。部分学生在校期间不能客观准确地评价自我，因而无法制定出符合自身特点的职业规划。本文通过分析新时期职业规划的重要性，指出现今职业规划教育中存在的问题，并给出了职业生涯教育“雪球”式的规划方案。实践证明，该方案具有一定的可行性。

Abstract: The difficult employment status of contemporary college students has a great relationship with their lack of proper career planning guidance. Some students can not objectively and accurately evaluate themselves in school, therefore could not develop a career plan in line with their own characteristics. This paper analyzes the importance of the career planning, points out the existing problems of the career planning education today, and gives a type of career planning education called “snowball”. Practice has proved that this scheme is feasible.
