Research on the Curriculum Restructuring of Medical Microbiology Based on the “Three Awarenesses and One Capability” Biosafety Concept

摘要: 病原微生物安全问题是全球持续关注的焦点，尤其是医源性生物安全风险，已成为新发突发传染病等重大生物安全事件的重要源头。生物安全教育与医学微生物学课程教学密切相关，本文系统总结了将生物安全理念融入医学微生物学理论教学与实验环节的实践路径与教学反思，旨在强化医学生的生物安全风险意识，提升其应对生物突发事件的处置能力，从而为培养未来国家传染病防控体系的核心力量提供支撑。

Abstract: The safety of pathogenic microorganisms is a persistent global concern, particularly with respect to iatrogenic biosafety risks, which have become a major source of significant biosafety incidents such as emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases. Biosafety education is closely linked to the teaching of Medical Microbiology. This article systematically summarizes the practical approaches and teaching reflections on integrating biosafety concepts into both theoretical instruction and laboratory sessions of Medical Microbiology. The aim is to strengthen medical students’ awareness of biosafety risks and promote their ability to respond to biological emergencies, thereby providing support for training the core workforce of the national infectious disease prevention and control system in the future.
