分层教学法在初中数学教学中的应用
The Application of Stratified Teaching Method in Junior High School Mathematics Teaching
摘要: 初中学生在数学学习中存在显著的个体差异性,分层教学是实行因材施教的有效方式。分层教学法在初中数学教学中的应用符合新课标的要求,分层培养各个层次的学生的兴趣和学习习惯,让不同的学生在数学学习中得到不同层次的发展。本文将阐述应用分层教学法在数学教学中的价值以及应用原则,并提出分层教学法的教学策略。包含科学分层、分层设置教学目标;分层设置教学任务,分层提升学生解决问题的能力;分层培养学生习惯、分层评价,促进高效教学等,力求为一线教师提供有益参考与借鉴。
Abstract: There are significant individual differences among junior high school students in mathematics learning. Stratified teaching is an effective way to implement teaching based on individual aptitude. The application of stratified teaching method in junior high school mathematics teaching conforms to the requirements of the new curriculum standards. It cultivates the interests and learning habits of students at different levels in a stratified manner, enabling different students to achieve different levels of development in mathematics learning. This article will expound on the value and application principles of the stratified teaching method in mathematics teaching, and propose teaching strategies for the stratified teaching method. It includes scientific stratification and stratified setting of teaching objectives; setting teaching tasks at different levels and enhancing students’ problem-solving abilities at different levels; implementing stratified cultivation of students’ habits and stratified evaluation to promote efficient teaching, aiming to provide useful references and lessons for front-line teachers.
