数字化转型驱动下体育旅游人才培养的产教融合新模式研究
Research on a New Model of Industry-Education Integration for Sports Tourism Talent Cultivation Driven by Digital Transformation
摘要: 随着数字经济的深入发展,数字化转型已成为体育旅游产业升级的核心动力,对专业人才的知识结构、技能素养和创新能力提出了新的要求。但是,传统体育旅游人才培养模式和产业数字化进程之间的结构矛盾日益突出,因此需要不断创新。本文从产教融合的背景出发,深入分析了数字时代体育旅游产业在运营模式、消费场景和服务内涵中的变革以及对人才需求的影响。研究表明,目前人才培养有教学目标和数字技能的背离、教育内容和产业实践的断层、教学场景和实际环境的分离等三个困境。在此基础上,本文构建了以“一个核心目标、双元育人主体、三大支持平台、四维能力体系”为核心的“数字赋能型”产教融合新模式,阐述了其运行机制和实施途径。最后,针对可能遇到的困难,提出系统的对策和建议,为我国体育旅游人才的现代化培养提供理论参考和实践范本。
Abstract: With the in-depth development of the digital economy, digital transformation has become the core driving force for the upgrading of the sports tourism industry, which puts forward new requirements for the knowledge structure, professional skills and innovative capabilities of specialized talents. However, the structural contradiction between the traditional talent cultivation model for sports tourism and the industrial digitalization process has become increasingly prominent, thus calling for continuous innovation in talent cultivation. Starting from the background of industry-education integration, this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the changes in the operation model, consumption scenarios and service connotations of the sports tourism industry in the digital age, as well as their impacts on talent demand. The research shows that the current talent cultivation is confronted with three predicaments, namely the divergence between teaching objectives and digital skill requirements, the disconnection between educational content and industrial practice, and the separation between teaching scenarios and real working environments. On this basis, this paper constructs a new “digital-empowered” industry-education integration model centered on “one core objective, dual education subjects, three supporting platforms and a four-dimensional capability system”, and elaborates on its operation mechanism and implementation approaches. Finally, in response to the potential difficulties in its implementation, systematic countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, which provide a theoretical reference and practical model for the modern cultivation of sports tourism talents in China.
