数智赋能河北省农文旅融合发展模式创新研究

Research on Innovation of Agricultural, Cultural, and Tourism Integration Development Model Empowered by Digital Intelligence in Hebei Province

摘要: 数字经济与乡村振兴战略融合背景下，农文旅融合是激活乡村动能、建设旅游强省的关键。河北作为农文旅资源大省，虽有丰富的旅游资源，但存在资源零散、数字化弱、场景单一、产销错位等问题。本研究以数智技术为核心，针对目前存在的问题提出区块链溯源认证、数字平台资源整合、虚实交互场景创新、大数据精准匹配四大农文旅融合发展的模式创新，搭配基础设施、产品服务、人才队伍、品牌营销的地区发展路径，依托政府提供的政策、资金、数据安全三重保障，助力河北省农文旅产业融合发展。研究表明，数智赋能可推动河北农文旅从资源驱动转向数字驱动，助力实现“周末到河北”品牌愿景，为旅游强省建设提供支撑。

Abstract: Under the background of the integration of digital economy and rural revitalization strategy, the integration of agriculture, culture and tourism is the key to activate rural kinetic energy and build a strong tourism province. Hebei, as a province rich in agricultural and cultural tourism resources, is rich in tourism resources, but there are some problems such as scattered resources, weak digitalization, single scene and dislocation of production and marketing. Focusing on digital intelligence technology, this study puts forward four modes of innovation for the integrated development of agriculture, culture and tourism, namely, blockchain traceability authentication, digital platform resource integration, virtual-real interaction scene innovation and big data accurate matching. With the regional development path of infrastructure, product services, talent team and brand marketing, relying on the triple guarantee of policy, capital and data security provided by the government, it will help the integrated development of agriculture, culture and tourism industry in Hebei Province. The research shows that the empowerment of digital intelligence can promote the agricultural tourism in Hebei from resource-driven to digital-driven, help realize the brand vision of “going to Hebei on weekends” and provide support for the construction of a strong tourism province.
