面部及耳道带状疱疹的罕见表现及早期干预的临床价值

Rare Manifestations of Herpes Zoster on the Face and in the Ear Canal and the Clinical Value of Early Intervention

摘要: 带状疱疹是由水痘–带状疱疹病毒(VZV)引起的疾病，通常发生在免疫系统减弱的个体中，尤其是老年人。本病例中的患者虽然面部及耳道出现带状疱疹，但未发展为Ramsay Hunt综合征，显示出早期干预的有效性。在治疗上，溴夫定片联合糖皮质激素表现出较好的疗效。本病例提示，对于头面部带状疱疹，早期使用溴夫定片联合糖皮质激素可能是一种有效的治疗选择，但其有效性和安全性仍需更大样本的研究来证实。

Abstract: Herpes zoster is a disease caused by the varicella-zoster virus (VZV), typically occurring in individuals with weakened immune systems, especially the elderly. In this case, although the patient developed herpes zoster on the face and in the ear canal, it did not progress to Ramsay Hunt syndrome, demonstrating the effectiveness of early intervention. In terms of treatment, the use of brivudine tablets combined with glucocorticoids showed good efficacy. This case suggests that early use of brivudine tablets combined with glucocorticoids may be an effective treatment option for herpes zoster of the head and face, but its efficacy and safety still need to be confirmed by larger sample studies.
