从等值论视角看《黑神话:悟空》的“出海”考验

摘要: 《黑神话:悟空》作为中国游戏领域“讲好中国故事”的文化先锋与首款3A大作,一经问世便在海外引发广泛关注。本文以韦努蒂的等值论为理论视角,采用文本分析方法,从专有名词、地方特色歌谣、文化差异三个维度,探究游戏汉译英字幕中归化与异化翻译策略的运用逻辑与实践路径,为中国文化IP海外传播的翻译实践提供参考。
Abstract: Black Myth: Wukong stands as a cultural pioneer in the gaming sector for “telling Chinese stories well”. As China’s first AAA blockbuster game, it has garnered extensive international attention since its release. This paper explores the application of domestication and foreignization strategies by Venuti in the Chinese-English subtitle translation of the game from three perspectives: proper nouns, local characteristic ballads, and cultural differences to provide references for the translation practice in the overseas cultural communication.
