高校公选课与思政课协同育人的价值意蕴与生成逻辑
The Value Implications and Generative Logic of Collaborative Education between Public Elective Courses and Ideological and Political Courses in Universities

摘要: 新时代高校落实立德树人根本任务,需要构建“思政课程”与“课程思政”同向同行协同育人的“大思政”格局。公选课与思政课协同育人不仅是教育实践的必然趋势,更具有深厚的价值意蕴和生成逻辑。从这两类课程的内涵与特征出发,揭示二者协同育人的价值意蕴,构建“目标逻辑、实践逻辑、路径逻辑”的三维生成逻辑,系统阐释公选课与思政课协同育人的理论依据与实践必然性,并在此基础上从协同目标、协同机制与师资赋能方面提出促进协同育人的策略,为高校构建高质量“大思政课”体系提供坚实支撑。
Abstract: In the new era, universities need to implement the fundamental task of fostering students’ moral character by constructing a “big ideological and political education” framework that integrates “ideological and political courses” and “curriculum-based ideological and political education” to foster students in a coordinated manner. The collaborative cultivation of students through public elective courses and ideological and political courses is not only an inevitable trend in educational practice but also possesses profound value implications and generative logic. Starting from the connotations and characteristics of these two types of courses, this paper reveals the value implications of their collaborative cultivation, constructs a three-dimensional generative logic of “goal logic, practical logic, and path logic”, systematically explains the theoretical basis and practical necessity of collaborative cultivation through public elective courses and ideological and political courses, and proposes strategies to promote collaborative cultivation from the aspects of collaborative goals, collaborative mechanisms, and teacher empowerment. These strategies provide solid support for universities to construct a high-quality “big ideological and political education” system.
