新工科背景下计算机类专业多学科交叉人才培养模式研究
Research on the Cultivation Model of Interdisciplinary Talents in Computer Science under the Background of New Engineering

摘要: 针对新工科建设对计算机类专业人才培养提出的新要求,针对当前多学科交叉融合存在的“课程内容简单叠加、知识结构缺乏有机整合”困境,本文构建了“一核双轮三驱动”的多学科交叉人才培养模式。该模式以培养复合型创新人才为核心,通过课程体系交叉融合与实践平台协同育人双轮驱动,辅以跨学科师资、校政企资源、本研贯通机制三大支撑,实现从知识叠加向能力融合的转变。结合产业前沿驱动的五门项目制课程案例,阐述了多学科知识在真实工程问题中的深度融合路径。研究表明,该模式为计算机类专业教学改革提供了可操作的框架,有助于提升人才对新经济的适应性与竞争力。
Abstract: In response to the new requirements for computer-related talent training brought about by the construction of emerging engineering disciplines, and to address the current difficulties in multidisciplinary integration where “course content is simply superimposed and knowledge structures lack organic integration”, this paper constructs a “one core, two wheels, three drives” multidisciplinary talent training model. This model centers on cultivating compound innovative talents, driven by dual wheels of curriculum system integration and collaborative nurturing through practical platforms, supported by three major enablers: interdisciplinary faculty, university-government-industry resources, and a mechanism connecting undergraduate and postgraduate education. It achieves the shift from knowledge accumulation to capability integration. Through the case study of five project-based courses driven by industry frontiers, it illustrates the path of deep integration of multidisciplinary knowledge in real engineering problems. The research shows that this model provides an actionable framework for teaching reform in computer-related majors and helps enhance talents’ adaptability and competitiveness in the new economy.
