Teaching Research on Integrating the Spirit of Craftsmanship into Inorganic Chemistry Course in the New Era

摘要: 在新时代背景下，应用技术型大学的人才培养目标逐渐从知识传授转向能力提升与价值塑造并重。工匠精神作为一种追求卓越、精益求精的职业品格，对于培养高素质应用型人才具有重要意义。本文以无机化学课程为研究对象，探讨将工匠精神融入教学的价值与路径。通过挖掘化学史中的工匠精神素材、优化实验教学设计、强化实习实践环节等方式，旨在培养学生的科学精神、动手能力和创新思维，实现知识传授与价值引领的有机统一，推动课程思政建设。

Abstract: Against the background of the new era, the talent cultivation goal of application-oriented universities has gradually shifted from knowledge imparting to equal emphasis on ability improvement and value shaping. As a professional character that pursues excellence and strives for perfection, the spirit of craftsmanship is of great significance for cultivating high-quality applied talents. This paper takes the course of Inorganic Chemistry as the research object, and discusses the value and approaches of integrating the spirit of craftsmanship into teaching. By exploring materials reflecting the spirit of craftsmanship in the history of chemistry, optimizing experimental teaching design, and strengthening internship and practical links, this paper aims to cultivate students’ scientific spirit, practical ability and innovative thinking, realize the organic unity of knowledge imparting and value guidance, and promote the construction of ideological and political education in courses.
