The Impact of 4S Respiratory Rehabilitation Nursing Combined with Personalized Systematic Nursing Intervention on Lung Function and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

摘要: 目的：探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者采用4S呼吸康复护理辅助个性化系统护理的临床效果。方法：选取2024年1月~2025年12月本院诊治的老年COPD患者48例，按随机数字表法分为常规组(予常规护理)和试验组(予4S呼吸康复护理 + 个性化系统护理)，每组24例。比较两组肺功能指标、生活质量。结果：干预后，试验组肺功能指标均高于常规组(P < 0.05)；试验组生活质量评分低于常规组(P < 0.05)。结论：老年COPD患者接受4S呼吸康复护理和个性化系统护理，能促进肺功能改善及生活质量提高，具有一定推广价值。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical effect of 4S respiratory rehabilitation nursing assisted personalized system nursing in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Method: 48 elderly COPD patients treated in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a routine group (receiving routine nursing) and an experimental group (receiving 4S respiratory rehabilitation nursing + personalized system nursing) using a random number table method, with 24 patients in each group. Lung function indicators and quality of life of two groups were compared. Result: After intervention, the lung function indicators in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05); The quality-of-life score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Elderly COPD patients receiving 4S respiratory rehabilitation nursing and personalized systematic nursing can promote the improvement of lung function and quality of life, and have certain promotional value.
