Experience Sharing in the Creation of Demonstration Sites for Standardized Treatment of Cancer Pain in Primary Care Institutions

摘要: 目的：以筠连县癌痛规范化治疗建设为示范点，为推动欠发达地区基层医疗机构癌痛规范化治疗提供实践经验。方法：采用问卷调查，对全县医疗机构的基本情况、医护人员癌痛治疗展开现状调查并采取解决措施。结果：该县所调查医护人员癌痛规范化治疗知识欠缺，医疗机构麻精药物使用和管理不当。通过办理麻醉印鉴卡、加强吗啡注射液管理、医务人员培训等方式，最终筠连共14家医疗机构通过验收，获得“筠连县癌痛规范化治疗示范点”称号。结论：筠连县癌痛规范化治疗示范点的建设，提高了该县癌痛治疗的规范性，为推动欠发达地区基层癌痛规范化治疗网络建设提供可行性实施方案。

Abstract: Objective: Taking Junlian County as a demonstration site for standardized cancer pain management, to provide practical experience for promoting the standardization of cancer pain treatment in primary healthcare institutions in underdeveloped regions. Methods: A questionnaire survey was carried out to investigate the baseline status of cancer pain treatment in the medical institution, the current clinical practices of healthcare personnel in cancer pain treatment and implement targeted remedial measures. Results: The survey indicated that healthcare personnel lacked sufficient knowledge of cancer pain management, the use and management of anesthetic drugs in the medical institutions were also inadequate. By implementing anesthetic seal card management, strengthening the supervision of morphine injection use and conducting special training on standardised cancer pain management for healthcare personnel, 14 medical institutions in Junlian County ultimately passed the acceptance inspection and were awarded the title of “Junlian County Standardized Cancer Pain Treatment Demonstration Site”. Conclusion: The establishment of the Junlian County Standardized Cancer Pain Treatment Demonstration Site has effectively improved the standardization level of cancer pain treatment in the county and provided a feasible implementation scheme for promoting the construction of standardised cancer pain treatment networks in primary healthcare settings in underdeveloped regions.
