《傲慢与偏见》电影中阶级与情感的多模态话语分析
A Multimodal Discourse Analysis of Class and Emotion in the Film Pride & Prejudice
摘要: 为探究经典文学影视改编中阶级与情感的多模态表达机制,本文以2005版《傲慢与偏见》为研究对象,选取舞会初遇、雨中告白、晨雾和好三个核心片段,运用ELAN 7.0进行多模态数据标注,结合多模态话语分析与视觉语法理论,从视觉、听觉、语言模态解析影片对阶级差异与情感变化的表现,并探讨各模态的协同建构逻辑。研究发现,影片通过景别、镜头角度、色彩、背景音乐、对话态度等模态元素的运用,直观呈现出阶级与情感的交织、冲突与融合,且各模态形成互补强化的有机系统,共同完成主题的多模态话语建构。
Abstract: To explore the multimodal expression mechanism of class and emotion in the film adaptation of classic literature, this study takes the 2005 version of Pride & Prejudice as the research object, selecting three core scenes: the initial meeting at the ball, the confession in the rain, and the reconciliation in the morning mist. The study uses ELAN 7.0 for multimodal data annotation, combines multimodal discourse analysis and visual grammar theory to analyze the film’s representation of class differences and emotional changes from visual, auditory, and verbal modalities, and explores the collaborative construction logic of each modality. The findings show that the film intuitively presents the interweaving, conflict, and integration of class and emotion through modal elements such as shot type, camera angle, color, background music, and dialogue attitude, and all modalities form an organic system of complementary reinforcement, jointly completing the multimodal discourse construction of the theme.
