顺应论视域下《傲慢与偏见》英汉比较研究——以王科一译本为例

A Comparative Study of Pride and Prejudice in English and Chinese from the Perspective of Adaptation Theory—A Case Study of Wang Keyi’s Translation

摘要: 语言顺应论是Verschueren提出的以全新的视角观察和解读语用现象的新理论。本文在顺应论的理论框架下探究《傲慢与偏见》与王科一译本中源语和译语中的语言顺应现象的比较。本文认为译者在翻译只有在过程中了解原文语境与原文结构，才能选择正确的语言，传达原文含义。

Abstract: Linguistic adaptation theory is a new theory proposed by Verschueren that observes and interprets pragmatic phenomena from a new perspective. This article explores the comparison of the linguistic adaptation phenomenon in the source language and target language of Pride and Prejudice and Wang Keyi’s translation under the theoretical framework of adaptation theory. This article believes that only when the translator understands the context and structure of the original text during the translation process can he choose the correct language to convey the meaning of the original text.
