大学生领悟社会支持对生命意义感的影响:心理弹性的中介作用
Perceived Social Support and Meaning in Life in College Students: The Mediating Role of Resilience
摘要: 为探讨领悟社会支持与生命意义感的关系,以及心理弹性在二者之间的中介作用,采用领悟社会支持量表、心理弹性量表和生命意义感量表对某民办高校880名大一在校生进行施测。结果表明:(1) 领悟社会支持、心理弹性和生命意义感两两之间均呈显著正相关;(2) 心理弹性在领悟社会支持与生命意义感之间起中介作用。研究结论:领悟社会支持不仅能直接提升生命意义感,还能通过心理弹性间接促进生命意义感的形成,揭示了外部资源(社会支持)→内部资源(心理弹性)→意义建构(生命意义感)的作用路径,为大学生心理健康教育提供了实证依据。
Abstract: To explore the relationship between perceived social support and the sense of meaning in life, as well as the mediating role of psychological resilience between the two, the Perceived Social Support Scale, the Psychological Resilience Scale and the Sense of Meaning in Life Scale were used to test 880 freshmen in a private university. The results show that: (1) There is a significant positive correlation between perceived social support, psychological resilience and a sense of meaning in life. (2) Psychological resilience plays a mediating role between the perception of social support and the sense of meaning in life. Research conclusion: Understanding social support can not only directly enhance the sense of meaning in life, but also indirectly promote the formation of the sense of meaning in life through psychological resilience, revealing the action path of external resources (social support) → internal resources (psychological resilience) → meaning construction (sense of meaning in life), providing empirical evidence for mental health education of college students.
