孕产妇胎毒成因源流考证

Textual Research on the Origins and Causes of Fetal Toxicity in Pregnant and Postpartum Women

摘要: “胎毒”是中医儿科病因理论的重要内容，胎毒与孕产妇有着极为密切的关系，孕产妇“胎毒”是因，儿科疾病是果。从儿科讨论“胎毒”者众，鲜有从妇产科角度认识与防治“胎毒”者。孕产妇“胎毒”有血秽胎毒、欲火胎毒、热毒、寒毒、湿毒、风毒、情志胎毒等等。相关文献的疏理，拓宽了“胎毒”相关疾病的防治窗口，丰富了“胎毒”疾病的病因病机及防治方法，充实了中医妇产科学的学术内涵。

Abstract: “Fetal Toxicity” is an important component of the etiology theory in traditional Chinese pediatrics. It is closely related to pregnant and postpartum women, with the latter being the cause and pediatric diseases being the consequences. While there are many discussions on “fetal toxicity” from the perspective of pediatrics, few have approached it from the perspective of obstetrics and gynecology for understanding and prevention. Fetal toxicity in pregnant and postpartum women includes blood-stagnation fetal toxicity, sexual desire-related fetal toxicity, heat toxicity, cold toxicity, dampness toxicity, wind toxicity, emotional fetal toxicity, etc. The amalgamation of pertinent literature has widened the scope of preventive and remedial measures for illnesses associated with “fetal toxicity”, augmented the origin, cause, and prevention/treatment approaches of “fetal toxicity” diseases, and augmented the scholarly connotation of traditional Chinese obstetrics and gynecology.
