Abstract: Endometrium-related diseases, such as endometriosis, endometrial polyps, and endometrial cancer, are common gynecological disorders. Currently, the specific pathogenesis of endometrium-related diseases remains unclear and may be closely associated with mechanisms such as hormonal imbalance, inflammation, immune response, apoptosis, adhesion and invasion, and genetic polymorphisms. With in-depth research on Vitamin D, its relationship with endometrium-related diseases has garnered increasing attention. The pathways and mechanisms through which Vitamin D may be involved in endometrium-related diseases could include inflammation, immunity, adhesion, and invasion. Therefore, it is hypothesized that Vitamin D may offer potential therapeutic benefits for endometrium-related diseases in the future.
