土茯苓四妙汤治疗慢性盆腔炎80例疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Tufuling Simiao Tang on 80 Cases of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

摘要: 目的：评估土茯苓四妙汤治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法：选取2023年3月至2024年8月本院收治的80例慢性盆腔炎患者，以随机数字表法分为参照组(40例)和研究组(40例)，参照组给予常规西医治疗，研究组在参照组的基础上给予土茯苓四妙汤治疗，对比两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率。结果：研究组的治疗总有效率97.50%显著高于参照组80.00% (P < 0.05)；研究组的不良反应发生率为5.00%，腹部疼痛和食欲不振的发生率各为2.50%，参照组的不良反应发生率为20.00%，研究组不良反应发生率显著低于参照组(P < 0.05)。结论：本研究揭示，土茯苓四妙汤在治疗慢性盆腔炎方面展现出卓越的临床疗效与安全性。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tufuling Simiao Tang in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Method: 80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to August 2024 were randomly divided into a reference group (40 cases) and a study group (40 cases) using a random number table method. The reference group received conventional Western medicine treatment, while the study group received treatment with Tufuling Simiao Tang on the basis of the reference group. The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Result: The total effective rate of the treatment in the research group was 97.50%, significantly higher than the reference group’s 80.00% (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.00%, with abdominal pain and loss of appetite each at 2.50%. The incidence of adverse reactions in the reference group was 20.00%, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: This study reveals that Tufuling Simiao Tang has demonstrated excellent clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
