马克思主义民生观指引下智慧养老与老年群体数字融入的协同发展研究

Research on the Synergistic Development of Smart Elderly Care and Digital Integration of the Elderly Group under the Guidance of Marxist View of People’s Livelihood

摘要: 人口老龄化深度发展背景下，智慧养老成为破解养老服务供需矛盾的重要路径，而老年群体数字融入是智慧养老落地见效的核心前提。马克思主义民生观以人民为中心，强调人的全面发展与社会公共服务的普惠性，为智慧养老与老年数字融入的协同发展提供了根本理论遵循和价值指引。本文从马克思主义民生观的核心内涵出发，剖析智慧养老与老年群体数字融入的内在关联，结合我国养老服务发展实际，引入实证研究成果剖析二者协同发展中存在的现实困境，最终从政策、技术、服务、社会四个维度提出具象化、可落地的协同发展实践路径，旨在推动智慧养老提质增效，实现老年群体共享数字时代发展红利，彰显马克思主义民生观的当代实践价值。

Abstract: Under the background of the in-depth development of population aging, smart elderly care has become an important way to solve the contradiction between supply and demand in elderly care services, and the digital integration of the elderly group is the core prerequisite for the effective implementation of smart elderly care. The Marxist view of people’s livelihood centers on the people, emphasizing the all-round development of individuals and the universality of social public services, providing fundamental theoretical guidance and value direction for the coordinated development of smart elderly care and digital integration of the elderly. This article starts from the core connotation of the Marxist view of people’s livelihood, analyzes the intrinsic connection between smart elderly care and the digital integration of the elderly group, combines the actual development of elderly care services in China, introduces empirical research results to analyze the practical difficulties existing in the coordinated development of the two, and finally proposes concrete and feasible practical paths for coordinated development from four dimensions: policy, technology, service, and society. It aims to promote the quality improvement and efficiency enhancement of smart elderly care, enable the elderly to share the development dividends of the digital age, and demonstrate the contemporary practical value of the Marxist view on people’s livelihood.
