摘要: 本文围绕老龄化背景下代际关系的变化展开研究，分析了老龄化现象在全球与国内的趋势及其对家庭功能、经济支持、情感交流和责任分配的影响文章探讨了家庭结构由多代同堂向核心家庭转变的趋势，以及代际间经济与情感支持模式的演变，分析了代际沟通方式的变化、冲突的产生与缓解方式，同时关注政策调整、文化因素及性别角色的变迁。研究揭示了老龄化对家庭功能的冲击及社会影响，提出了未来研究方向与政策建议。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the changes in family structure and intergenerational relationships against the backdrop of an aging society. It analyzes the global and domestic trends of aging, as well as its impact on family functions, economic support, emotional communication, and the distribution of responsibilities. Through a literature review, this study summarizes existing research findings, identifies research gaps, and proposes innovative points. The article explores the trend of family structure shifting from multi-generational households to nuclear families, as well as the evolution of economic and emotional support patterns between generations. It also analyzes changes in intergenerational communication methods, the emergence and resolution mechanisms of conflicts, while paying attention to policy adjustments, cultural factors, and the transformation of gender roles. The study reveals the impact of aging on family functions and its social implications, and puts forward future research directions and policy recommendations.
