社会资本视角下“老漂族”社区融入研究

Study on Community Integration of “Old Drifters” from the Perspective of Social Capital

摘要: 随着我国城镇化进程加速，“老漂族”群体规模持续扩大，其城市社区融入问题日益凸显。本文基于社会资本理论，系统分析老漂族社区融入的现实困境与形成机制，发现其面临社会关系网络断裂、社区参与不足、社会信任缺失等社会资本匮乏困境。研究提出，应通过培育社区关系网络、构建互惠规范体系、增强社会信任机制等路径重构老漂族的社会资本，同时发挥社会工作专业优势，从个体、家庭、社区三个层面介入，促进老漂族实现从“漂泊”到“融入”的转变。

Abstract: With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the scale of “Old Drifters” continues to expand, and their integration into urban communities has become increasingly prominent. Based on social capital theory, this study systematically analyzes the realistic dilemmas and formation mechanisms of community integration for old drifters, finding that they face difficulties such as disruption of social networks, insufficient community participation, and lack of social trust, manifestations of social capital deficiency. The research proposes that social capital should be reconstructed by cultivating community relationship networks, constructing reciprocal norm systems, and strengthening social trust mechanisms. Simultaneously, leveraging the professional advantages of social work to intervene at individual, family, and community levels can promote the transformation of old drifters from “drifting” to “integrating”.
