《航空医学救援》选修课程对临床医学专业学生急救能力提升效果的研究
Research on the Efficacy of the Elective Course “Aeromedical Rescue” in Enhancing Emergency Care Capabilities of Clinical Medical Students

摘要: 目的:评价《航空医学救援》选修课程对临床医学专业本科生急救综合能力的提升效果,为优化急诊医学教学及能力导向型医学教育模式提供参考。方法:采用单组前后对照研究设计,选取湖北医药学院2023级115名临床医学专业本科生作为研究对象。在课程开始前及课程结束后1周内对学生急救综合能力进行评估。评估内容包括技能操作能力(心肺复苏、电除颤、气管插管、静脉穿刺)以及应急处理能力、团队协作能力、组织协调能力和沟通能力。采用配对t检验比较课程前后各项评分差异。同时在课程结束后采用视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)问卷调查学生的课程学习体验及课程评价。结果:课程学习后,学生急救综合能力总评分由课程前的(65.32 ± 6.84)分提高至(89.26 ± 5.18)分,差异具有统计学意义(t = 38.654, P < 0.001)。各能力维度评分均较课程前显著提高(均P < 0.001)。问卷调查回收率为100%,各评价维度平均得分均 ≥ 8.0分(满分10分),其中96.52%的学生支持继续开设该课程。结论:《航空医学救援》选修课程能够显著提升临床医学专业本科生的急救综合能力,有助于丰富急诊医学教学内容并促进能力导向型医学教育模式的实施。未来仍需通过多中心研究及长期随访进一步评估课程的持续教育效果及推广价值。
Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of an elective course in aviation medical rescue in improving the comprehensive emergency response competencies of clinical medicine undergraduates, and to provide evidence for optimizing emergency medicine education and competency-based training models. Methods: A single-group pre-post study design was adopted. A total of 115 third-year clinical medicine undergraduates enrolled in the Aviation Medical Rescue elective course at Hubei University of Medicine were included. Comprehensive emergency response competencies were assessed before the course and within one week after course completion. The assessment included technical skills (cardiopulmonary resuscitation, defibrillation, endotracheal intubation, and intravenous catheterization), emergency management ability, teamwork, organizational coordination, and communication skills. Paired-sample t-tests were used to compare pre- and post-course scores. In addition, a visual analog scale-based questionnaire was administered after course completion to evaluate students’ learning experiences and perceptions of the course. Results: The total emergency competency score significantly increased from 65.32 ± 6.84 before the course to 89.26 ± 5.18 after course completion (t = 38.654, P < 0.001). Significant improvements were observed across all competency domains (all P < 0.001). The questionnaire response rate was 100%, and the mean ratings for all evaluated dimensions were ≥8.0 on a 10-point scale. Furthermore, 96.52% of the students supported the continued offering of the course. Conclusion: The Aviation Medical Rescue elective course significantly improved the comprehensive emergency response competencies of clinical medicine undergraduates. The course enriches emergency medicine education and supports competency-oriented medical training. Further studies are needed to evaluate its long-term educational impact and generalizability.
