中医药调节肠道菌群防治大肠癌的研究进展
Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine in Regulating Gut Microbiota for the Prevention and Treatment of Colorectal Cancer

摘要: 肠道菌群失衡已被证实是大肠癌发生的重要危险因素之一。近年来,研究证实中医药防治大肠癌的作用机制与其调节肠道菌群密切相关。本文结合近年来国内外相关研究成果,从肠道菌群与大肠癌的关联机制、中医药调节肠道菌群防治大肠癌的理论基础、单味中药及有效成分、中药复方、针灸及其他中医外治法的研究进展等方面进行系统综述,以期为中医药基于调节肠道菌群防治大肠癌的深入研究、临床应用及新药研发提供参考依据。
Abstract: Imbalance of gut microbiota has been confirmed as one of the important risk factors for the occurrence of colorectal cancer. In recent years, studies have demonstrated that the mechanism by which Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) prevents and treats colorectal cancer is closely related to its regulation of gut microbiota. This article systematically reviews recent domestic and international research findings, encompassing the association mechanism between gut microbiota and colorectal cancer, the theoretical basis of TCM in regulating gut microbiota for colorectal cancer prevention and treatment, as well as research progress on single herbs and active components, TCM formulas, acupuncture, and other external therapies of TCM. The aim is to provide references for further research, clinical application, and new drug development in TCM-based regulation of gut microbiota for the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer.
