摘要: 患者女，19岁，颈项部肤色扁平丘疹、斑块2月余。行皮肤病理检查示：角化过度，表皮轻度乳头瘤样增生，真皮中部见断裂肿胀轻度嗜碱性染色的弹力纤维，异常弹力纤维呈簇集状或颗粒状改变。弹力纤维染色示：可见弹力纤维变性断裂。诊断：弹性纤维性假黄瘤。
Abstract: A 19-year-old female presented with multiple skin-colored flat papules and plaques on the neck for more than two months. Histopathological examination revealed hyperkeratosis, mild epidermal papillomatoid hyperplasia, and fragmented, swollen, slightly basophilic-stained elastic fibers in the mid-dermis. The abnormal elastic fibers showed a clustered or granular appearance. Elastic fiber staining confirmed degeneration and fragmentation of the elastic fibers. The diagnosis was pseudoxanthoma elasticum.
