子宫肌壁间妊娠合并完全性纵隔子宫1例并 文献复习

A Case Report of Intramural Ectopic Pregnancy Complicated with Complete Septate Uterus and Literature Review

摘要: 子宫肌壁间妊娠(Intramural ectopic Pregnancy, IMP)是一种罕见的非输卵管异位妊娠，发病率较低，因其症状、体征缺乏特异性，且超声容易误诊、漏诊，所以术前诊断较为困难，明确诊断依靠手术探查及病理检查。本文报告子宫肌壁间妊娠合并完全性纵隔子宫1例，针对该病发病机制、临床及影像学表现、诊断及治疗进行分析，并复习相关文献，为指导该病临床诊治提供帮助。

Abstract: Intramural ectopic Pregnancy (IMP) is a rare non-tubal ectopic pregnancy with low incidence. Preoperative diagnosis of this condition is rather challenging due to the non-specificity of its clinical symptoms and signs, as well as the high risk of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis via ultrasonography. A definitive diagnosis relies on surgical exploration and pathological examination. We report a case of IMP complicated with a complete septate uterus, analyze its pathogenesis, clinical and imaging features, diagnosis and treatment, and review relevant literature to provide reference for clinical practice.
