养老建筑室内色彩对老年人心理的影响机制与设计策略研究——以新元社区居家养老照料中心为例

Research on the Influence Mechanism and Design Strategies of Interior Color in Elderly Care Buildings on the Psychology of the Elderly—A Case Study of Xinyuan Community Home-Based Elderly Care Center

摘要: 随着人口老龄化加剧，养老空间的设计品质成为社会关注焦点。色彩作为室内设计的核心元素，对老年人的心理健康具有显著调节作用。本文立足于老年人生理视力衰退与心理异质性特征，系统剖析了色彩三要素(色相、明度、饱和度)与光环境(照度、色温、显色性)的协同影响机制。以杭州新元社区居家养老照料中心为例，针对理疗室、楼梯间及阅览室进行现状诊断与优化设计。研究提出涵盖基础环境、功能干预与情感回归的三级色彩配置准则，旨在通过精准的色彩医疗与导向系统，提升养老建筑的安全感、归属感与疗愈价值。

Abstract: With the acceleration of population aging, the quality of elderly care space design has received increasing attention. As a crucial element in interior design, color significantly impacts the psychology of the elderly. Based on the characteristics of physiological visual decline and psychological heterogeneity in the elderly, this paper systematically analyzes the synergistic influence mechanism of the three elements of color (hue, brightness, saturation) and the light environment (illuminance, color temperature, color rendering index). Taking Xinyuan Community Home-based Elderly Care Center in Hangzhou as a case study, this research conducts a current situation diagnosis and optimization design for three typical spaces—the physiotherapy room, stairwell, and reading room. The study proposes a three-level color configuration guideline covering basic environment, functional intervention, and emotional regression, aiming to enhance the sense of safety, belonging, and healing value of elderly care buildings through precise color-based medical and guidance systems.
