基于创新思维培养的高校《管理学原理》课程教学模式改革与实践

摘要: 在当前知识经济与数智化时代背景下,创新思维已成为高素质管理人才的核心竞争力。作为高校管理类专业的基础必修课程,《管理学原理》肩负着塑造学生管理认知与培养创新能力的双重使命。然而,传统的教学模式往往侧重于理论知识的单向传递,难以有效激发学生的创新潜能。本文以创新思维培养为核心导向,深入剖析了《管理学原理》课程在创新教育方面面临的挑战,并构建了以“理论解构–情境重构–创新实践”为核心的教学改革框架。文章提出了重塑课程内容体系、创新多元化教学方法、构建全景式实践平台以及完善多维评价机制等具体改革策略,旨在通过案例教学、项目驱动与翻转课堂等手段,全方位提升学生的批判性思考、复杂问题解决及创新创造能力,为新时代高校管理类课程的教学改革提供理论支撑与实践参考。
Abstract: In the current era of knowledge economy and digitalization, innovative thinking has become the core competitiveness of high-quality management talents. As a basic compulsory course for management majors in universities, “Principles of Management” shoulders the dual mission of shaping students’ management cognition and cultivating their innovative abilities. However, the traditional teaching model often focuses on the one-way transmission of theoretical knowledge, making it difficult to effectively stimulate students’ innovative potential. Guided by the cultivation of innovative thinking, this paper deeply analyzes the challenges faced by the “Principles of Management” course in innovation education, and constructs a teaching reform framework centered on “theoretical deconstruction-situational reconstruction-innovative practice”. The article proposes specific reform strategies such as reshaping the curriculum content system, innovating diversified teaching methods, building a panoramic practice platform, and improving multi-dimensional evaluation mechanisms. It aims to comprehensively enhance students’ critical thinking, complex problem-solving, and innovative creation abilities through case teaching, project-driven learning, and flipped classrooms, providing theoretical support and practical reference for the teaching reform of management courses in universities in the new era.
