医学人文与心理学交叉融合的叙事医学教育模式研究
A Study on the Narrative Medicine Education Model Based on the Interdisciplinary Integration of Medical Humanities and Psychology

摘要: 本文以医学人文与心理学交叉融合为切入点,围绕叙事医学教育模式展开研究,通过检索与梳理国内外相关文献,系统分析心理学的核心理论与叙事医学的交叉融合,探寻二者深度结合的理论基础。同时对国内叙事医学教育模式进行分析,明确现有模式的优势与不足,提炼出创新方向。研究构建了融合心理学基础知识、患者故事聆听与分析、情绪管理、医患沟通技巧等核心内容的叙事医学教育理论框架,为新时代叙事医学人才培养提供跨学科的理论支撑与实践思路,推动叙事医学教育从单一的人文实践向人文与心理深度融合的复合型模式转型,助力医学人才人文素养与心理服务能力的提升。
Abstract: Taking the interdisciplinary integration of medical humanities and psychology as the entry point, this study focuses on the narrative medicine education model. By searching and sorting out relevant domestic and foreign literature, it systematically analyzes the interdisciplinary integration of core psychological theories and narrative medicine, and explores the theoretical basis for their in-depth combination. Meanwhile, it analyzes the domestic narrative medicine education model, clarifies the advantages and disadvantages of the existing models, and refines the innovation directions. The research constructs a theoretical framework of narrative medicine education integrating core contents such as basic psychological knowledge, patient story listening and analysis, emotional management, and doctor-patient communication skills. It provides interdisciplinary theoretical support and practical ideas for the cultivation of narrative medicine talents in the new era, promotes the transformation of narrative medicine education from a single humanistic practice to a composite model of in-depth integration of humanities and psychology, and contributes to the improvement of medical talents’ humanistic literacy and psychological service capabilities.
