“三寓三式”范式下高职《实验室安全与管理》课程思政教学探索与实践
Exploration and Practice of Ideological and Political Teaching in Higher Vocational Course “Laboratory Safety and Management” under the “Three-Encouragement and Three-Mode” Paradigm
摘要: 本文以高职《实验室安全与管理》为对象,围绕课程思政建设的总体设计、实施路径、评价机制及特色创新展开系统研究。基于“面–线–点”的分层次设计理念,构建了以“安全意识养成、诚实守信培养、家国情怀展现、职业素养提升”为核心的课程思政目标体系。依托“三寓三式”(五化五式)教学模式,将思政元素有机融入实验室安全管理、质量管理、规划建设三大教学模块中,结合真实案例和社会热点事件,实现知识传授、能力培养与价值引领的深度融合。通过翻转课堂、对分课堂、虚拟仿真等多元教学手段,强化学生的规范操作意识、风险防范能力和职业道德修养。课程实施结果显示,该模式有效提升了学生的学习积极性、实验安全意识和综合职业素养。研究成果可为高职类实验类课程开展课程思政提供可复制、可推广的教学范式。
Abstract: This paper takes the higher vocational course “Laboratory Safety and Management” as the research object, and conducts a systematic study focusing on the overall design, implementation path, evaluation mechanism, and characteristic innovation of curriculum ideological and political construction. Based on the hierarchical design concept of “surface-line-point”, it constructs a curriculum ideological and political goal system centered on “cultivation of safety awareness, honesty and trustworthiness, demonstration of family and country feelings, and improvement of professional quality”. Relying on the “Three-Encouragement and Three-Mode” (Five-Oriented and Five-Mode) teaching model, ideological and political elements are organically integrated into the three teaching modules of laboratory safety management, quality management, and planning and construction. Combined with real cases and social hot events, it realizes the deep integration of knowledge imparting, ability training and value guidance. Through flipped classroom, divided classroom, virtual simulation and other diversified teaching methods, students’ awareness of standardized operation, risk prevention ability and professional ethics are strengthened. The course implementation results show that this model has effectively improved students’ learning enthusiasm, experimental safety awareness and comprehensive professional quality. The research results can provide a replicable and promotable teaching paradigm for the development of curriculum ideological and political education in higher vocational experimental courses.
