“三全育人”视域下高校数智化双师型就业指导教师队伍建设的机制创新研究
Innovation of Mechanism of Construction of Digital and Intelligent Dual-Qualified Employment Guidance Teacher Team in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of “Three-Complete Education”
摘要: 新时代背景下,立德树人根本任务的落实与数智化转型的推进,对高校就业指导教师队伍建设提出了全新要求,而传统建设模式已难以适配发展需求。本文以“三全育人”理念为指导,结合数智化时代特征,针对当前高校就业指导教师队伍存在的稳定性不足、结构不合理、数智化与专业化程度偏低、缺乏系统建设机制等问题,深入阐释了数智化双师型就业指导教师的内涵与“育人、专业、数智”三大能力标准,并构建了以“三大标准、三大机制、四类途径”为核心的“334”建设模式,同时从组织、制度、资源、文化层面提出实施保障策略。该模式将宏观育人理念与具体的师资建设目标融合,形成了标准引领、机制驱动、途径支撑的闭环生态系统,为破解高校就业指导师资队伍建设困境提供了系统化、可操作的解决方案。研究不仅丰富了“三全育人”理论在师资建设领域的应用,拓展了数智化时代“双师型”教师的内涵,也能为提升高校就业指导服务质量、助力学生成长成才和国家经济社会发展提供实践参考。未来高校需动态优化该模式,使其与时代发展同频共振。
Abstract: Under the background of the new era, the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education and the advancement of digital intelligence transformation have put forward new requirements for the construction of the employment guidance teacher team in colleges and universities, while the traditional construction model can no longer meet the development needs. Guided by the concept of “Three-Complete Education” and combined with the characteristics of the digital intelligence era, this paper aims at the problems existing in the current employment guidance teacher team in colleges and universities, such as insufficient stability, unreasonable structure, low level of digital intelligence and professionalism, and lack of a systematic construction mechanism. It deeply explains the connotation of digital intelligent dual-qualified employment guidance teachers and the three major competency standards of “education, professionalism, and digital intelligence”, and constructs a “334” construction model with “three standards, three mechanisms, and four approaches” as the core. At the same time, it puts forward implementation guarantee strategies from the organizational, institutional, resource, and cultural levels. This model integrates the macro educational concept with specific faculty construction goals, forming a closed-loop ecosystem led by standards, driven by mechanisms, and supported by approaches, which provides a systematic and operable solution to solve the dilemma in the construction of the employment guidance faculty in colleges and universities. The research not only enriches the application of the “Three-Complete Education” theory in the field of faculty construction, expands the connotation of “dual-qualified” teachers in the digital intelligence era, but also provides practical reference for improving the quality of employment guidance services in colleges and universities, helping students grow into talents, and promoting national economic and social development. In the future, colleges and universities need to dynamically optimize this model to keep pace with The Times.
