中医药治疗儿童性早熟的研究进展

摘要: 随着现代生活环境的改变，儿童性早熟的发病率逐年上升，已成为儿科领域的热点问题。中医药在治疗性早熟方面具有独特优势并积累了丰富的临床经验。文章通过系统梳理近年来国内外关于中医药治疗儿童性早熟的研究文献，探讨其病因病机、辨证分型及常用方药，分析当前研究中存在的争议与挑战，并展望中西医结合治疗的发展趋势，以期为中医药治疗儿童性早熟的临床研究及实践提供参考。
Abstract: With the change of modern living environment, the incidence of precocious puberty in children is increasing year by year, which has become a hot issue in the field of pediatrics. Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of precocious puberty and has accumulated rich clinical experience. This paper systematically reviews the research literature on the treatment of precocious puberty in children with traditional Chinese medicine in recent years, discusses its etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and commonly used prescriptions, analyzes the disputes and challenges in the current research, and looks forward to the development trend of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment, with the aim of providing reference for the clinical research and practice of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of precocious puberty in children.
