应用环钻术治疗瘢痕的研究进展

摘要: 瘢痕常影响患者的外貌,给予患者心理极大的压力。因此,瘢痕的有效治疗和预后相当重要。环钻术是近年来新兴的治疗瘢痕的技术,有大量文献报道该技术目前已被逐渐应用于治疗各类瘢痕。本文系统综述了环钻术治疗瘢痕的原理、环钻术单一及联合治疗的临床进展、总结近年来环钻术联合治疗的治疗结果,但当前研究仍面临机制不清、标准缺乏等挑战。本文旨在为优化临床诊疗策略及推动该技术的规范化应用提供参考。
Abstract: Scars often affect patients’ appearance and impose significant psychological stress. Therefore, effective treatment and prognosis of scars are of considerable importance. Trepanation has emerged in recent years as a novel technique for scar treatment, with numerous studies reporting its growing application in managing various types of scars. This article systematically reviews the mechanisms of trepanation in scar treatment, summarizes clinical advances in both standalone and combined therapies, and outlines treatment outcomes from recent combination approaches. However, current research still faces challenges such as unclear mechanisms and lack of standardized protocols. This review aims to offer insights for optimizing clinical diagnosis and treatment strategies and promoting standardized application of the technique.
