摘要: 随着加速康复外科(ERAS)理念的推广，以周围神经阻滞为核心的多模式镇痛方案日益受到重视。艾司氯胺酮作为一种新型药物，其在全身麻醉中的应用已较为广泛，但作为神经阻滞佐剂的应用仍是临床探索的热点。本文对现有研究进行梳理，为临床麻醉医师在实践中选择和使用艾司氯胺酮作为佐剂提供了有价值的参考，有助于优化镇痛方案、改善患者预后。
Abstract: With the promotion of the concept of Enhanced Recovery after Surgery (ERAS), multimodal analgesia regimens centered on peripheral nerve block have received increasing attention. As a new type of drug, Esketamine has been widely used in general anesthesia, but its application as an adjuvant in nerve block remains a hotspot in clinical research. This article reviews existing studies, providing valuable references for anesthesiologists to select and apply Esketamine as an adjuvant in clinical practice, which helps to optimize analgesic strategies and improve patient prognosis.
