企业数字化转型的影响因素及经济后果研究——基于文献综述视角

Research on the Influencing Factors and Economic Consequences of Enterprise Digital Transformation—Based on a Literature Review Perspective

摘要: 随着数字经济的快速发展，数字化转型成为了当前学术界的热门议题。企业作为经济活动的主体，数字化转型是增强自身实力与实现可持续发展的重要举措。文章通过对国内外有关企业数字化转型的文献检索，全面梳理和阐述当前有关企业数字化转型的研究概况。首先，对数字化转型概念进行了分析，概括其现有研究的相关理论；其次，总结了企业数字化转型的影响因素及经济后果；最后，基于上述分析提出了启示与展望，以期推动企业数字化转型在学术及实践中的深入发展和广泛应用。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the digital economy, digital transformation has become a prominent topic in current academic research. As the mainstay of economic activity, enterprises regard digital transformation as a crucial measure to enhance their competitiveness and achieve sustainable development. Based on a literature review of enterprise digital transformation both in China and abroad, this paper comprehensively sorts out and expounds on the current research landscape in this field. First, it analyzes the concept of digital transformation and summarizes relevant theories from existing studies. Second, it reviews and analyzes the influencing factors and economic consequences of enterprise digital transformation. Finally, it puts forward implications and prospects based on the above analysis, aiming to promote the in-depth development and extensive application of enterprise digital transformation in academia and practice.
