资源编排视角下农村经济发展的价值共创路径研究——以温州市柳市镇上园社区为例

Research on the Value Co‑Creation Path of Rural Economic Development from the Perspective of Resource Orchestration—A Case Study of Shangyuan Community in Liushi Town, Wenzhou City

摘要: 发展农村经济是实现乡村全面振兴与共同富裕的关键。文章以温州市上园社区经济发展为例，探究其通过有效资源管理形成“政–企–村–民”的协同合力，实现多元主体价值共创赋能共同富裕的路径。研究立足资源编排视角，嵌入价值共创理论，精准揭示了关键资源战略性结构化、多元协同治理能力转化与经济社会情感价值共创三者间的动态强化作用机制，破解了内部资源整合与能力价值共创的难题。不仅为共同富裕导向下农村经济的高质量发展提供了兼具学理性与适配性的新理论解释，更形成了以“政策驱动 + 多方联动 + 机制保障”为核心的实践范式，为同类农村、社区依托集体经济促进共同富裕提供了实操遵循。

Abstract: Developing the rural economy is pivotal to achieving comprehensive rural revitalization and common prosperity. Taking the economic development of Shangyuan Community in Wenzhou City as a case study, this paper explores how it has fostered synergistic collaboration among government, enterprises, village collectives, and residents through effective resource management, thereby realizing a pathway toward mult-stakeholder value co-creation that empowers common prosperity. Grounded in the resource orchestration perspective and incorporating value co-creation theory, the study precisely reveals the dynamic reinforcing mechanism among the strategic structuring of key resources, the transformation of multi-actor collaborative governance capabilities, and the co-creation of economic-social-emotional value, thereby addressing the challenges of internal resource integration and capacity-based value co-creation. This research not only offers a novel theoretical explanation, both academically sound and contextually fitting, for high-quality rural economic development oriented toward common prosperity, but also constructs a practical framework centered on “policy-driven initiatives, multi-party collaboration, and institutional safeguards,” providing actionable guidance for similar rural areas and communities to leverage collective economies in promoting common prosperity.
