角色理论视域下辅导员在家校医协同中的困境与破局
Navgating Role Dilemmas: Counselors’ Predicaments and Pathways in Home-School-Medical Collaboration
摘要: 在家校医协同育人机制不断深化的背景下,高校辅导员作为枢纽和执行主体面临多重角色困境。文章基于角色理论,分析辅导员在协同过程中角色超载、错位、模糊、悬浮等现实问题,揭示其成因既包括制度设计缺位、资源断层、文化歧义等结构性外因,也涉及角色认知模糊、专业能力不足等个体性内因。研究提出要从自我与社会两个层面进行角色调适,通过强化角色认知、提升专业能力实现个体层面的优化,同时依托制度完善、平台构建与机制创新优化外部环境,进而促进辅导员有效履职,推动学家校医协同深入和完善。
Abstract: Amidst deepening home-school-medical collaborative education mechanisms, university counselors face multifaceted role dilemmas as pivotal coordinators and implementers. Grounded in role theory, this study analyzes practical challenges—including role overload, misalignment, ambiguity, and suspension—encountered by counselors during collaboration. Findings reveal that contributing factors encompass both structural external causes (institutional design gaps, resource fragmentation, cultural divergences) and individual internal limitations (vague role cognition, insufficient professional competence). The research proposes dual-level role adaptation strategies: at the individual level, optimizing role awareness and enhancing specialized capabilities; at the societal level, refining institutional frameworks, constructing collaborative platforms, and innovating operational mechanisms. These pathways empower counselors to fulfill their duties effectively, thereby advancing the sophistication and efficacy of home-school-medical synergy.
