乡村振兴赋能下传统村落保护传承与乡村旅游发展——以苏州明月湾村为例

Empowered by Rural Revitalization, the Protection and Inheritance of Traditional Villages and the Development of Rural Tourism—A Case Study of Mingyue Bay Village in Suzhou

摘要: 我国传统村落在数百年适应自然环境的过程中，不断进行演进与更替，形成独特的地域性文化。在现代化进程中面对我国新农村高速发展的社会时代背景，传统村落生存环境受到巨大冲击，产生“空心村”、“老龄村”、“拆旧建新”的现象，面临着空间格局改变和生活秩序被打破的问题，缺乏独立的建设方向，非物质文化遗产开发断代，传统产业衰落和人口流动年轻劳动力不足而导致的开发制约。文章以乡村振兴为视角，对传统村落保护传承与乡村旅游发展进行剖析，从法律保障与政策支持、优化治理结构、提升治理能力三方面进行系统性研究，探究乡村振兴赋能下传统村落保护传承与乡村旅游发展途径与机制。

Abstract: In the process of adapting to the natural environment for hundreds of years, traditional villages in our country have continuously evolved and replaced, forming unique regional cultures. In the face of the rapid development of China’s new rural areas in the process of modernization, the living environment of traditional villages has been greatly impacted, resulting in phenomena such as “hollow villages”, “aging villages”, and “demolishing old and building new”. They are facing problems such as changes in spatial patterns and disruption of living order, lack of independent construction direction, discontinuity in the development of intangible cultural heritage, decline of traditional industries, and insufficient young labor force due to population mobility, which have led to development constraints. This article analyzes the protection and inheritance of traditional villages and the development of rural tourism from the perspective of rural revitalization. It systematically studies the protection and inheritance of traditional villages and the development of rural tourism from three aspects: legal protection and policy support, optimization of governance structure, and enhancement of governance capacity. It explores the ways and mechanisms for the protection and inheritance of traditional villages and the development of rural tourism under the empowerment of rural revitalization.
