摘要: 右肺内基底段作为全部肺段中最小的一个肺段,不仅毗邻S6、S8及S10,还包括众多的解剖变异,这些因素都给S7肺段切除术带来不同难度挑战。其中B7骑跨IPV (Inferior Pulmonary vein)或BV (Basal Vein)的S7肺段切除尤为困难,在此我们报告一种新型的S7解剖变异(BX7a & B7p)和针对骑跨IPV或BV类型的S7肺段切除的技术要点,此外共同探讨基于Yamashita分型和3D-CTBA (Three-Dimensional Computed Tomography Bronchovascular Anatomy)的S7解剖的分型和命名。
Abstract: The medial-basal segment (S7), being the smallest of all lung segments, is not only adjacent to S6, S8, and S10, but also encompasses numerous anatomical variations. These factors present various challenges of differing difficulty for the S7 segmentectomy. The segmentectomy of the S7, which involves the B7 straddles the inferior pulmonary vein (IPV) or the basal vein (BV), is particularly challenging. Here, we report a novel anatomical variation of the S7: BX7a + B7p, and a technique specifically for such S7 segmentectomy. Furthermore, we discuss the classification and nomenclature of S7 anatomy based on the Yamashita classification and three-dimensional computed tomography bronchography and angiography (3-DCTBA).
