程氏三才针法联合健脾固肾方治疗卵巢早衰的临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Premature Ovarian Failure by Cheng’s Sancai Acupuncture Combined with Jianpi Gushen Decoction
摘要: 目的:观察程氏三才针法联合中药治疗卵巢早衰(POF)的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2022年1月至2023年12月于柳州市人民医院就诊的400例卵巢早衰患者的临床资料,分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规西药联合健脾固肾方治疗,观察组在对照组基础上施以程氏三才针法。比较两组疗效、中医证候积分、不良反应发生率及性激素水平变化。结果:1) 临床疗效总有效率方面:观察组(96.0%)优于对照组(85.0%),具有统计学差异(P < 0.05);2) 中医证候积分方面:治疗前两组对比无明显差异(P > 0.05);与治疗后对照组相比,观察组中医证候积分显著改善(P < 0.05);3) 不良反应发生率方面:观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05);4) 性激素水平变化方面,观察组显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:程氏三才针法联合中药的疗效与安全性高,可推广使用。
Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Cheng’s Sancai acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of premature ovarian failure (POF). Methods: The clinical data of 400 patients with premature ovarian failure (POF) who were admitted to Liuzhou People’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine combined with Jianpi Gushen Decoction, and the observation group was treated with Cheng’s Sancai Acupuncture based on the control group. We compared the efficacy, TCM syndrome scores, incidence of adverse reactions, and changes in sex hormone levels between the two groups. Results: 1) Clinical efficacy of the overall efficacy rate: the observation group (96.0%) is better than the control group (85.0%), the difference is statistically significant (P < 0.05); 2) Comparison of Chinese medicine symptoms points of the two groups before treatment is not significantly different (P > 0.05); compared with the control group after the treatment, Chinese medicine symptoms points of the observation group improved significantly (P < 0.05); 3) Side effect rate: the observation group is lower than the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P < 0.05); 4) Regarding changes in sex hormone levels, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The efficacy and safety of Cheng’s Sancai acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine are high, and can be widely used.
