射频电疗联合个体化运动训练对强直性脊柱炎患者生活质量影响的研究

摘要: 目的:探讨射频电疗联合个体化运动训练对强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者疾病活动度、脊柱功能、心理状态及生活质量的改善效果。方法:选取40例AS患者随机分为试验组与对照组各20例,两组均予常规药物治疗,试验组加用射频电疗联合个体化运动训练,对照组加用射频电疗联合一般功能锻炼。治疗前后及随访期比较Bath强直性脊柱炎病情活动指数(BASDAI)、功能指数(BASFI)、测量学指数(BASMI)、脊柱痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评问卷(BDI)、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分及红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,并评价临床疗效。结果:治疗后各时间点,试验组BASFI、BASDAI、BASMI、脊柱痛VAS、SAS、BDI评分及ESR、CRP水平均显著低于对照组(P < 0.05),SF-36各维度评分均显著高于对照组(P < 0.05);试验组总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的75.00% (P < 0.05)。结论:射频电疗联合个体化运动训练能有效改善AS患者疾病活动度、脊柱功能、心理状态及生活质量,疗效显著,值得推广。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effects of radiofrequency electrotherapy combined with individualized exercise training on disease activity, spinal function, psychological status, and quality of life in patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Methods: A total of 40 AS patients were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 20 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional drug therapy. The experimental group additionally received radiofrequency electrotherapy combined with individualized exercise training, while the control group received radiofrequency electrotherapy combined with general functional exercise. Before treatment, during treatment, and at follow-up, the Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index (BASDAI), Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index (BASFI), Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Metrology Index (BASMI), Visual Analog Scale (VAS) for spinal pain, Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), Short Form 36 Health Survey (SF-36) scores, as well as erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels were compared. Clinical efficacy was also evaluated. Results: At each time point after treatment, the scores of BASFI, BASDAI, BASMI, spinal pain VAS, SAS, BDI, as well as ESR and CRP levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05), while SF-36 scores in all dimensions were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The total effective rate in the experimental group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (75.00%, P < 0.05). Conclusion: Radiofrequency electrotherapy combined with individualized exercise training can effectively improve disease activity, spinal function, psychological status, and quality of life in AS patients, demonstrating significant efficacy and warranting clinical application.
