校园食堂与演艺功能竖向叠合设计关键——以四会衡懿实验学校食堂设计为例
Key to the Vertical Integration Design of Campus Canteens and Performing Arts Functions—Taking the Design of the Canteen at Sihui Hengyi Experimental School as an Example
摘要: 为响应校园用地集约化发展需求,解决食堂与演艺功能竖向叠合的核心技术瓶颈,本文聚焦高度与层数合规性适配这一核心问题展开专项研究。通过解析两类功能的空间特征与规范刚性约束,明确建筑总高 ≤ 24 m、剧场宜布置于1~3层的核心控制指标,构建地下层拓展、地上3层严控、超层小厅拆分、山地多首层四类差异化解决方案,配套结构轻量化、疏散分离等关键技术。经实际案例验证,该体系可实现核心问题的系统性破解,确保建筑合规落地,计算验证了土地利用效率较传统分离式布局提升35%~40%,为校园多功能综合体设计提供了精准高效的技术路径。
Abstract: In response to the demand for intensive development of campus land use and to address the core technical bottleneck of vertical integration between canteen and performing arts functions, this paper focuses on the core issue of adapting to height and floor number compliance. By analyzing the spatial characteristics and rigid regulatory constraints of the two types of functions, it clarifies the core control indicators that the total building height should be ≤24 m and the theater should be arranged on floors 1~3. It constructs four differentiated solutions: underground layer expansion, strict control of three floors above ground, splitting of small halls exceeding the floor limit, and multiple ground floors in mountainous areas, along with supporting key technologies such as lightweight structures and evacuation separation. Actual case verification shows that this system can systematically solve the core issues, ensure the building’s compliance, and the calculation verifies that land use efficiency is improved by 35%~40% compared to the traditional separated layout, providing a precise and efficient technical path for the design of campus multifunctional complexes.
